The Ugly Sweater ornaments are from Michaels and were used to create this banner! They already came with the hangers attached. It was easy to string bakers twine on the table cloth (attached with safety pins) and then hang the Ugly Sweater Ornaments. You can also purchase Ugly Sweater Party ornaments HERE.
The Ugly Sweater Party cookies are simply adorable! Sugar Coma Cookies (Who Ships) created these fun and adorable cookies for me. I love the fact that they can hang. You could also do regular ones to set on a platter instead of the hanging ones.
The ceramic tree dishes were purchased at HomeGoods.. I arranged Jelly Belly Jelly Beans in them to look like Christmas Trees!

Using clear party cups is an affordable, and pretty way to dress up candy and cupcakes! I always use cupcakes purchased from Walmart to save money, and then jazz them up with cupcake toppers! These toppers are a FREE Printable with the Ugly Sweater Printable Package below. I used Tiny Prints Ornaments to add some color to my White Milk Glass Cake Stands. You can use the FREE download below to order your own ornaments or you can print and cut on cardstock!
These fun glitter trees are from Hobby Lobby! You can usually find them just about anywhere that sells Christmas Decor this time of year!
This is MY FAVORITE idea of the entire party! I don’t know about you, but we get a lot of Holiday Cards this time of year from friends and family. I love the idea of stringing your cards on a garland, and showcasing them during your Christmas Party! This allows your friends and family to see how special their cards are to you. I used bakers twine and strung the garland on our outside fireplace. I attached it to the brick with a small piece of black duct tape on each side.
A Hot Cocoa Bar or Station is always a good idea at a Christmas Party! I used this galvanized metal 3 tier stand from Sams Club to hold our Hot Cocoa Makings! The clear mugs were $1 each from the Dollar Tree. You can get the Hot Cocoa Sign as a FREE Download below.
The food and appetizers we served using a Try The World Box were simply AMAZING!!!! NO JOKE. Check out this separate blog post for all of the delicious recipes and food ideas!
A PHOTO BOOTH is a must at any Christmas Party!! You can make your own quick and easy!!
DIY CHRISTMAS PARTY PHOTO BOOTH - UGLY SWEATER PARTY
1.) Use wrapping paper as your backdrop. Find a good spot to hang it and use scotch tape if on a wall, or duct tape if attaching to brick. You want to hang your backdrop up fairly high for your taller guest. You can then do another layer under it so it goes low for your smaller (kid) guest.
2.) Photo Booth Props are a must! I purchased this Heidi Swapp set from Michaels. It was super easy to use and assemble. You just punch out, and attach to the sticks. I do recommend using a hot glue gun or different adhesive than what it comes with.
3.) Let guest use their Iphones to capture pictures at the photo booth!

Hello- I absolutely love the ugly sweater party printables. I know I’m very early, but once school starts it will be busy. I’m planning on having an ugly sweater birthday party for one of my kids. Our neighborhood has an annual christmas parade and thought it would be fun to incorporate the ugly sweater theme. I’m unable to download the invites and tent cards. I would love to use them if possible.
