IT IS HOT HOT HOT outside!! Have friends and family over to cool off with a fabulous summer cocktail bar. Great idea right?? It is incredibly easy to style a cocktail bar, and your guest will love creating some fun summer cocktail recipes. You can have a few recipes printed out for them to try; as well as them being creative and making their own. Fill frames with your printed recipes, or create a recipe book to leave on the table. Below I have two delicious Summer Cocktail Recipes - Mango and Blueberry Lemonade.
I’m a huge fan of using disposable cups, plates, napkins, and silverware whenever I can. Especially when I am entertaining, and don’t want to spend so much time cleaning up. Chinet products make clean up so incredibly easy, and I don’t know about you … BUT I need easy these days. My kids and business keep me on my toes … so anything I can do to make things easier I am all for. Not to mention I kind of despise doing dishes. Hands up if you are with me on this?!?! Chop up tons of different fruits and arrange them on a platter to create a gorgeous and useful table centerpiece. The fruit is also great for your guest to munch on throughout the party.
Make sure you have plenty of juices, liquors, and fruit for your guest to get creative with. You could also add in sodas and some herbs, or anything else you think would make a great cocktail drink. I chose to stick with fruit and juices, because all my girl friends that were coming over love their cocktails on the fruity side! Mango Summer Cocktail Recipe
A delicious and refreshing mango cocktail for a perfect summer drink!
Ingredients
- Mango Juice
- 1 tbsp. Triple Sec
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1 tsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- Chopped Up Mangos
Instructions
- Chill liquids and fruit before preparing.
- Add the mango slices to your cup.
- Mix in the liquors, lemon juice, and lime juice.
- Fill the remaining portion of the cup with the mango juice.

I tried the blueberry lemonade recipe from the chinet blog over the weekend and it was soooo good. I don’t like mango’s but I bet it is great for those who do.
