When my cousin in law, Lauren, contacted me to help her with this Owl Party Look Whoo’s ONE theme; I was ecstatic!! I have always loved owls and was excited to finally get an OWL party up in the shop. I LOVE the use of bright colors, and of course, the cute little owls throughout the party. Download the Printable Owl Package in our shop. Continue reading for the fun party details and click the links for coordinating items to help you complete the look! See our Complete Your Party Collage at the bottom for fun coordinating Owl Party Items!
Hang different size Tissue Poms and Paper Lanterns from the light fixtures using fishing line. You can also create the Tissue Poms yourself instead of purchasing by following this Pom Pom Tutorial. Use Tulle to tie around seating chairs.
This was my first fabric banner to make, and was one of the quickest projects from this party set up. Pick out the fabrics you want (you can also use ribbon), and then follow this Fabric Garland Tutorial.
Here are some of my favorite White Cake Stands! You can also stop by your local TJMaxx or Homegoods, and almost always find a great deal on a white cake stand.
I simply adore this over sized floor frame. It was the perfect way to greet guest with a large picture of the adorable birthday girl!!
The Apothecary Jar is perfect for filling with colored candy! I used Dinner Mints and layered them with an ombre effect. The Dome Glass Stands are filled with take home favors. You can make the take home favors by using clear cello bags, coordinating Colored Candy, and the Printable Thank You Tag.
Easily create cupcake stands by using candlestick holders for the base. Then you can use a plate or wood cut out for the top! The adorable owls were purchased from Michaels and came in a white ceramic color. I then painted them and added rhinestones for the eyes.

The mom ordered a fun and whimsical cake. Cakes can get expensive so here is a MONEY SAVING TIP - Order solid color icing cupcakes from Walmart, and add some pizzazz with a printable wrapper and topper (from our Printable Owl Package ) for extra cuteness! You also can purchase a solid white cake from Walmart and use our Printable Cut Outs (like the Owl and Large Circle in the Vase) to create cake toppers!
These vase filled centerpieces were an easy and adorable touch to our Owl Party seating table! I purchased the clear vases at the Dollar Tree. Then filled them with Shredded Paper, wrapped with ribbon, and added a party logo from our Printable Owl Party Package. Cut out an owl and a party circle (which come with the printable package) and attached them to painted dowel rods. Embellish with a few Rhine Stones and add a feather to top it off!
Use simple Colored Plates on top of Photo Boxes as serving platters. You can also get these photo boxes from your local Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

These cookies, by my friend Alyssa, are absolutely the cutest ever!! She doesn’t currently sell cookies, but I have two ladies I love and recommend who ship their fabulously decorated cookies! Sweet Baketique and Sugar Coma Cookies!
The fondant cupcake toppers were created by Fondant Fantasy!
The fancy swirl frame is from Michael’s! Order online by searching unfinished wood frame or pick up in stores. It comes as unfinished wood and you can paint it whatever color you want! I chose white so that the color in the posters would really pop!
I used fabric purchased from Walmart to create the table runners I did not sew; simply folded the edges under to create a more finished look.

The precious Mom, Lauren, made this adorable 12 month banner for her sweet birthday girl, Scout! She also made the cute baby food jars full of skittle(a few images above) for the guest to take home.

It is fabric I purchased at Walmart! They no longer carry it:-( It was a silk scrunch fabric.
Hi! I love the colors and the pictures. I was wondering if you can customize the wording so instead of using the package for a 1st birthday, I could use for a baby shower? The wording I was thinking of is either “Guess whooo is almost due” or “Guess whooo is coming soon”
Hello!! I have this theme in a baby shower in my shop here https://www.etsy.com/shop/LillianHopeDesigns/search?search_query=owl+baby+shower&order=date_desc&view_type=gallery&ref=shop_search thank you
Hi! Where did you find the large clothespin?

Hello Lizz! Yes that is it:-) So easy and fun!!
How did you get the frames to go up on the wall. I bought similar frames from Michael’s.
Hello Amanda!! I used a tiny nail. But you can also use ULINE strips (sold at hobby lobby and other craft stores) they hold heavier items. Or I LOVE to use Command Strips!!
