Holiday Favorite Things Party

This Holiday Favorite Things Party is sponsored by Shutterfly and TIny Prints. They provided compensation, free product, or both. I only work with brands I truly love. All opinions are 100% mine. Post contains affiliate links to help support my blog.

Round up a few girlfriends and host a Holiday Favorite Things Party this season! If you have never attended or hosted a favorite things party, then you might want to start now!! They are so much fun, and every one goes home with fab new goodies. I am in love with the black and white buffalo check Christmas decorations this year. Keep reading and you will learn fun ways to decorate for a rustic Christmas party affordably.

HOW TO HOST A HOLIDAY FAVORITE THINGS PARTY

1.) Let your guest know how many people will be at the party.
2.) Tell your guest to bring __ of their favorite thing. EX. If there are 6 guest they will bring 6 Tiny Print notebooks, or 6 Coffee Mugs.
3.) Exchange everyone’s favorite things during the party. Each guest goes home with 6 fabulous items! (depends on the number of guest at your holiday favorite things party).

Save a stamp and hand out your Christmas Photo Cards from Shutterfly during your Holiday Favorite Things Party or other Rustic Christmas Party! I have ordered my holiday photo cards from Shutterfly for a few years now. They have GORGEOUS designs to choose from, and amazing print quality! Not to mention all of the fabulous coordinating extras like envelope liners, address labels, stamps, and more. Head over to Shutterfly and order your Christmas Photo Cards today!

RUSTIC CHRISTMAS PARTY DECORATION IDEAS

I ordered black and white Buffalo Check napkins from amazon (they are currently out of stock in the black and white). You can layer the napkins on top of each other to create a table runner. Use small floral cutters to cut down cedar and pine branches. You can lay these across the table runner to form a garland. You can then add in your cranberry sprigs for pops of red, and have a gorgeous rustic Christmas centerpiece. Or you can add in a few more pops of other greenery like this silver dollar eucalyptus from Trader Joe’s. Add a few white candles and you are finished creating an affordable and elegant rustic Christmas party centerpiece.

Have fun mixing tons of different textures, colors, and finishes to create your gorgeous Christmas place setting. I chose to use Sophistiplate for my charger, plates, and bowls. They have some amazing paper good products to offer! Check out my Christmas Table Setting Post. Copper mixes in well to any Christmas party place setting. I fell in love with this copper silverware set, and it pairs well with copper mule mugs.

Create a cocktail that your guest can enjoy sipping on during the party; like this DELICIOUS Holiday Cranberry Sangria Recipe.

Use mini cutting boards to create an appetizer assortment for your guest Christmas Party place setting.

You can choose to serve appetizers only, or you can also do a sit down dinner. Tiny Prints offers some fabulous customize-able menu options.

Serve up a few varieties of dessert. You can mix in store bought and home made to save time. My cupcakes and peppermint bark are from a local grocery store. I couldn’t resist placing the mini cupcakes in the adorable mini copper mule mugs - Cute Right??!! This YUMMY Holiday Cranberry Cream Cheese Ball is homemade, and an easy recipe you MUST try!

Invite your guest in style using some of Tiny Prints fabulous Christmas Invitations.
